Manager and new trainees were rude and stupid!! Waited for 14 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken. Store had 2 people in it. Cooking area was dirty, boxes and food all over floor!
VERY rude employees, not just this visit but previous visits. We used the drive thru service. We did not get the items we ordered, they often make mistakes with the meal you order. The past 4 visits to this facility we have had the same problems-rude employees, wrong food, or under cooked chicken.
They don't have baked fish no rice or fries. Never will come back.

I just went through the drive through, and ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal, and 2 piece fish meal. We never got our potato wedges, only 1/2 chicken strip(your supposed to have 3), got no ranch when asked, no honey for my biscuit, no tarter sauce, and our water was PINK! We went back and the lady at the window said the new manger doesn't know a lot about long john silvers!?!?! Then why is she a manager? Also she gave us more fish when we told her we needed more chicken strips? And never gave us any honey! We will never be going back again !!!!
Great staff and awesome food! Wish we had more long Johns silvers near my town! We had to wait for our food but the wait wasn't long at all! Love!
