I currently live here at Nelson and like it. It's not top end, but it is decent for what I get charged. The office asked to me to give a honest review asap, past and current. It's changed here a lot with the people who live here. There's a many different people here. There is an issue with parents letting their kids run around the property late after the office closes. I haven't had any maintenance issues or real problems this year. I don't have a family like most people here, but it seems like a good place for kids. The playground needs some help. It looks like a elephant skeleton.
Friends live there. Took 2 months to get a cabinet door fixed.

Good place. My friend Antonio Delgado lived their for a while and he liked it a lot. All the times I was there it was nice.
My husband and I lived here for 2 years. We just moved out a few months ago to move to a house. The staff is amazing, they were eager to help with any issues we had! Greg is honestly the best! We loved our apartment. Both of our children were born while we were living there. We will forever have fond memories of our time there, and miss it even though we are very excited for this new chapter in our lives!
