I was told there could be 3 different reasons for my problem but they couldn't test for those. I was given a prescription & told to follow up with my dr. When I got into see my dr they had me stop taking the medication immediately because I didn't need it. I didn't have any of the 3 things they mentioned. Why have a clinic that can't do testing or x-rays?
This place costs $100 just to walk in there . Go somewhere else.
They should interpret a ticket number system for people who arrive before opening, so sick patients and children do not have to wait outside in the elements. This could be an electronic check-in that are found in military hospitals, the check-in system needs to be improved. There is not enough seating and the areas should be disinfected more often. The air is incredibly dry and a humidifier should be installed, with the dry air patients are coughing more and spreading more germs. I was fine until I brought my son in to be seen, then the next day I started feeling symptoms. This facility should be held to the same standards as a hospital as far as disinfecting goes. Nurse was helpful with my daughter and exceeded expectations, however the nurse practitioner seemed to be scared to be touched(due to transplant) and is unable to treat an autistic child properly if she is scared to be touched.
