They are family owned and have been in business for 90 years, My grandmother and mother have always shopped there for furniture but I was disappointed in the customer service we received last weekend. It seemed like they just wanted us to buy something or get out of their store. They did throw in free delivery after purchasing a sofa but I won't be back. The whole reason going there was to get the service from a small family owned business. Next time I'll be shopping elsewhere.
I spoke with a very nice lady on the phone yesterday about a mattress. She was patient, pleasant, and helpful. Our search took us to a mattress store and a department store. On our way back home a little detour took us to Atz's. We found, purchased and took with us the twin mattress that is just perfect for our guest room daybed.
