This was the worst experience ever. We got a router from them and it was only 2 months old. I called them to simply ask if it was going bad and how to troubleshoot the device. The owner then began to scream at me saying i was screaming at him trying to get a yes or no out of him, and was completely irate on the phone. It is a shame nothing can be done about these local business owners it is basically there way or nothing. I would highly recommend you go somewhere else for your computer needs. Surely if you run a coputre store you should be able to answer, or trouble shoot simple questions with out going irate.
