Dr Grothaus is amazing! Really tries to resolve your needs, takes concern for his patients.
Don't waste your time. On at least 3 occasions I have waited over an hour to be seen. I had an appointment today and they told me I was next, then they called 3 people who arrived after me. No explanation or nothing. They act like you don't even matter. And you are bothering them by asking to be seen. I'm going to see someone else. They had 3 chances and blew it. The problem is Obviously with his staff.
Had 2 surgeries with doc. Both were a huge success. I am 100% better. Everything went as well or better than I was told. Big Buckeyes fan!
