I just bought a battery for my car here and I noticed that they had free installation. So I asked at the register and they had a manager meet me back by their old service center. Erin, was the manager and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable as to what she was doing. And took about maybe 10 minutes, I tried to tip her and she said they are not allowed to take tips. I insisted and she said she could lose her job so I just want to say thank you for all the great service and I will continue to shop here as I've done in the past.

Usually I do not critisize but buying a gun at rural king was total insanity on black friday. One manager running the whole store but he was needed constantly to approve paperwork at gun section, apparently ONLY a manager is allowed to do that job. Frustrating to say the least the wait exceeded 2 hours. The 2 guys running the gun sections were trying their best but the manager did not seem to really care -It doesn't take a rocket scientist to foresee the problems-get a assistant manager to run the registers keep the manager at gun section during a day you are running a sale.
Great place for buying bird food. Prices are reasonable
