As a child I hated going to the Dentist it was my worst fear . So when I became an adult I didn't take care of my teeth and only went to Dentist when I needed a tooth pulled. I made sure my girls never had that fear. They love Dr. S and his staff he is the best dentist and cares about these kids and adults too! He always calls the next day to check on my girls even if it's a minor procedure . You just don't get that anywhere. So grateful we found him several years back and my girls are life long patients❤
Another great check up! So nice to have clean teeth. The hygienist works really hard to get my teeth clean. I really appreciate it. Good thorough check up by Dr. too! Always has good advice.
Very impressed with this office. I work 1st shift so I needed an afternoon appointment, which was initially booked out a month for a consultation. I was wanting some cosmetic work done so I called to ask about how long it would take to accomplish after I had my consultation, because I was having photos done later in the month after my appointment and really wanted the work done before then if possible. Dr Loveless came over to speak to me on the phone himself to answer my questions. They managed to squeeze me in in 2 days to do my consultation so we could use my original appointment for the actual work itself. Everyone seems very accommodating and all were very friendly. Dr Loveless encourages questions and was never shy to pop back into the conversation if he overheard me say anything related to the procedure itself.
Dr. Loveless and team are excellent. They were very thorough and kind. He explained everything he was doing and didn't leave room for doubt what was happening or what the process going forward was going to be. I've been to a handful of dentists over the years and have never experienced the level of professionalism or caring this group of staff provided. A++ in my book.
Dr. Loveless and the staff at Orchard Park have always put considerable effort into making me and my family feel welcome and comfortable. We've been very pleased with the care and concern taken for the past 7 or 8 years!
