Ask to some loosen my bolts so I could change my tire myself. No matter the cost. I just needed to get to work. Refused hands down to do 5 secs of work. Horrible customer service as well. The front desk lady completely ignored us for a good 5 minutes at first. Then just directed us to the garage where everyone ignored us again until Larry came out and said no because his guys were too busy with other projects. Seriously? 5 secs of your time. Horrible. Don't ever go there for the love of god. Even he said, go to firestone.
Last Thursday my car stopped working about 30 minutes from my place. My dad called them to come tow my truck and they were there immediately and my car was fixed the next day! Great service!
