Horrible service. The manager was rude and acted like she was too important to answer any question or help the cashier. Our large fries weren't even half full, but they were hot. Our sandwiches were thrown together so quickly that it didn't form a sandwich. We ordered 4 burgers and all 4 were this way. My daughter's chocolate milk was SOUR. It was not past the exp date, but it smelled horrible. I called to tell them about the milk n the guy was nice but said he would check exp dates. I gave him our milks exp date but he sounded like there wasn't much he could do.
CASHIER WAS RUDE, DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE OUR MOBILE COUPONS, ENTERED OUR ORDER WRONG, ONLY GAVE US HALF OF OUR ORDER, THROUGH A BAG OF CONDIMENTS TOGETHER THAT WAS ENOUGH FOR ONLY ONE OF US, LET ALONE THE BOTH OF US. HAD TO DRIVE BACK TO GET THE REMAINING ITEMS THAT WE HAD ORDERED AND PAID FOR, ONLY TO BE TREATED BADLY, AND CURSED AT BY A MANAGER. TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.
I hope no other kids drink that sour milk. Yuk.
Not even sure one star is low enough. They were not busy but took forever to order. No soda and No iced coffee, broke down. Employees arguing with each other. One. Guy kicking equipment. And throwing food.
Now I love McDonald's food and this McDonald's isn't that bad as people say it is. I came here almost all the time with my grandpa before and they were very good. All the McDonald's in Indiana so far have went down hill and so has this one. I only say this because like the McDonald's in Lagrange have been sitting at the top without competition but this one isn't doing so bad. People focus on the one day that was bad for them and groan about it. I'm 12 and I say suck it up, people aren't perfect and if you were working at McDonald's you would act the same way. They usually do a good job but sometimes slip. So just expect what they seem they can do at that point.
Door said "lobby 24 hours" so I went ahead and walked in. There was what looked to be a customer in there already. After I walked in the worker proceeded to shout saying I broke the law. Because I came in the "emergency exit" there was no sign. I told her there was no sign then she said it's because they lock the doors. If they locked the doors how did I get here in the first place. All I've ever gotten from this place was terrible food and terrible workers. All of them look like crack heads.. not a joke.
