The staff is friendly and service was very good.
Two thumbs up for Wings Etc.'s large, flavorful chicken wings! We are so glad that Kendallville now has a wings restaurant! Wings Etc. offers a nice atmosphere and delicious menu (their quesadillas are great as well). We also appreciate how Wings Etc. participates in East Noble fundraisers. Thanks for being a part of our community!
Had our company Christmas party and the staff was wonderful and did a great job taking care of the party and still running the rest of the place. Food was great friendly staff and great entertainment.
The food is good except for the wings. The wings themselves are good but the sauce is so runny that no flavor at all stays on the wings. Service was absolutely horrible. We could not get a drink refill. Asked for the check and a carry out order. Took 15 minutes to get the check. Waited another 20 minutes with no carry out order. Went and found the waitress and asked about it and she said "oh, it's been ready for 20 minutes". She got it for me behind the bar, plopped it on the table and walked off. 2nd bad experience here. Won't be back.
The food is good but you never know what you going to get with the service. I called in an order to pick up on my way to work and I get there and the bartender takes my money for the food then goes to get it and comes back saying there almost done. 2 minutes later the manager comes out and says then never sent the order to the kitchen so it will be a 20 min wait. I didn't have time to wait before work so I asked for a refund and she said that she can't give refunds but if I wanted to wait here a 2 dollar coupon. Nothing like stealing money from your customers.
